Summary
Adds multicall address / tip listener support for mantle mainnet. Currently there is a small issue where the log messages can be confusing, and the
-sflag is required for setting the amount you want to stake (if it's less than 10). The problem does not effect any reporting functionality from what I have seen, so I think we can merge into main as-is.
