Summary
This PR adds two new example sources: the OKX and Crypto.com public api endpoints. These apis are added to many feeds and tests were adjusted to reflect the new number of sources.
As always, tellor reporters are responsible for their own data, but effort is made to provide good examples and reference feeds.
Steps Taken to QA Changes
Local tests were added for all the feeds that are changed in this test. A few feeds were reported on sepolia to check the responsiveness of the new APIs.
