[Rollback] - Keep poi card open on mobile explorer mode #410

  • Rollback close PoiCard on map click
  • Don't remove Isochrone on PoiCard closing
  • Isochrone fitBound taking account of UI
  • Make Isochrone feature unavailable on Mobile
