Implements features from: tetherto/lib-wallet#10

  • TxEntry class is used when calling sendTransaction and getting transaction history.
    • Data is now formatted from electrum
    • New logic for deciding if its outgoing or incoming transaction
  • Pagination for fetching transaction history
  • New GetFundedTokenAddress method returns list addresses and balances
