Add textlint

[azu]

Add Markdown and plain texts support.

Would We created a fork of astexplorer?
It is specific usage of textlint and textlint is a minor tool.

Pros

• freely modify
• textlint has plugabble parser. https://github.com/textlint/textlint/wiki/Collection-of-textlint-rule#processor-plugin-list
• Some formats are ver minor ( example isRe:View https://github.com/orangain/textlint-plugin-review ).

Would the user of astexplorer need textlint support?
