Add compatibility with RHDH dynamic plugins.

Motivation

Being able to dynamically load the humanitect in a Red Hat Developer Hub instance.

Approach

This PR mostly adds support to of the new backend system to humanitec plugins, in order to allow the export of those plugins as dynamic plugin packages, loadable in the RHDH product.

Thank you for creating this PR.

What is the process for updating files in dist-dynamic? We use changesets and we automatically update version numbers. Do we need to run some script to re-generate those files?

Hey @davidfestal , thanks for contribution. The humanitec plugin is now maintained in a new location https://github.com/humanitec/humanitec-backstage-plugins and I've taken the liberty to move this PR over there humanitec/humanitec-backstage-plugins#10.
