3.1.1 fixes a problem with mod-card.

Release 3.1.0 includes some significant performance improvements.

However - in order to get full use of those, you need to adjust your installation somewhat.
Please see https://github.com/thomasloven/lovelace-card-mod#performance-improvements

Note that HACS will NOT apply those changes automatically, and you will get a browser log message about it.
