Refactor code of conduct for readability

The pledge section in the code of conduct has been updated to improve readability. The list of aspects ensuring a harassment-free experience in our project and community has been reformatted into bullet points instead of a continuous sentence. This makes it clearer and easier to understand for all contributors and maintainers.
