Fixes #204
I've updated the delete flow to only show one modal now, and the caution button shows up in the modal too. I've also fixed some general brokeness from when we integrated Mozilla Accounts.
On the backend, I've added more data for the account download, added tests for model_to_csv_buffer, and delete_account functions, and finally updated the delete_account function to rely on the cascading deletes.
