Ignore events that have the event type of workingLocation. (Fixes #363) #364

Fixes #363

Google Calendar has a feature where you can set working locations. Kind of neat, but behind the scenes it's just an event with a special type. This ignores that type.

This is interesting, didn't know about that. At first I got confused, why we ignore something and then get more events to show up in the calendar - but those where all "hidden" in the busy block. Good catch!
