"Settings" on macOS, Windows and Linux (not "Preferences" on macOS any more)

from #SUMO: so time to get rid of those SUMO KB templates right (specifically https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/Template:optionspreferences/ and https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/templateoptionspreferences )? Because there's no need to display Preferences any more on macOS. On all 3 operating systems for both Firefox and Thunderbird it's Settings and on all 3 operating systems you use the App Menu ≡ now, no need to reference the operating system specific Menu bar
