  • Use latest Cross
  • Use latest Node
  • Update GitHub Action
  • Update NDK
  • Update Gradle
  • Update Cargo dependencies
  • Remove unused dependencies
  • Remove unnecessary build tools version (AGP handles it now)

No issues too far, since there is no major changes, i don't think there will be issue.

Clippy passes fine on my end, new version of nom dependency causes issues.
