- Add support for nuc and riscv HW test devices
- Cleanup HW test 'Flash' stage
- Moves the HW test step as last one in the nightly pipeline to still run other stages if it fails
- Add nuc HW-tests to main and nightly pipeline (riscv can not be added yet, as it's not properly supported by the testagent)
