Adds the basic structure for an mdbook as well as - a ci workflow to test that book on pushes and pull requests to main, - a gh-pages workflow to deploy the book on pushes to main.
This adds a basic outline and introduction to the mdbook.
Adds an installation chapter to the quick start part of the book, this section outlines methods of installation, as well as system dependencies such as openssl.
Adds a usage chapter wich outlines how to initalize a project and update a default test.
