• ctrlmap: maps some keys as on a qwerty:
  – ctrl-^ => ctrl-[
  – ctrl-$ => ctrl-]
  – ctrl-* => ctrl-\
• Toggle resize hints (ctrl+mod4+space).
• Volume control using mouse wheel over status text (needs a Volume.sh [up|down|mute]).
