Hello Friends,

Here's a cloud deploy of @tjanczuk dante on Microsoft Azure Cloud Services. I think it was only fitting he chose Inferno, as I surely went through hell to get this damned thing working correctly.

Minimal changes to his files were made.

Special props to @shanselman for his work on NightScout as well. Using his tweaks from this blog post cracked the dreaded "500 Internal Server Error" crap I kept seeing in the logs and client browsers.
