Fix: unit test cases for ChatBotContainer component

Description

Fixed an issue with ChatBotContainer tests not passing, due to UseSettingsContext missing settings.

Added support for desktopEnabled and mobileEnabled which appears to have resolved issues with tests not working, also including viteconfig mocking.
