Description of Change
Update README doc for clarity.
Rationale
While running the dev environment, I was not able to spin up the demo in my browser. I needed to use the
--stats-error-detailstag to retrieve information on where the local environment is running. By explicitly mentioning the local URL, this might gives builders an easier experience to tinker with the plugin.
