Failing test on windows:

catalyst expects catalyst-stub.dll
(https://gitlab.kitware.com/paraview/catalyst/-/blob/master/src/catalyst/catalyst_api.c?ref_type=heads#L350)
whereas Catalyst_jll provides libcatalyst-stub.dll
