Host Controller info currently in my fork of nusb on macOS is cyme specific so this moves it into the profiler::macos mod. Adds the iokit dependencies but these are required by nusb on macOS anyway.
Will allow publishing cyme crate on crates.io again (#40) once nusb releases new version (kevinmehall/nusb#84).
