User Story

Name : Omondi Age : 27 Years Occupation : Photographer Residence : Kibera

  • Wants to advance his skills in photography but lacks the resources E.g. tuition fees .

  • Meets Njoroge a Tunapanda alumni who tells him about the swag and how he can access it.

  • Njoroge offers to lend Omondi his laptop every evening to use swag in advancing his photography skills.

  • His experience in using the swag is awesome. He likes the interactive part of the content where there are questions after every topic and also likes the graphics.

  • Omondi feels that there are some improvements which are supposed to be done on the swag to make it intuitive. Some of this improvements are the user interface which is too plain and the full map of swag is too clattered such that it is difficult for him to know where to start. Omondi also has a challenge in locating swag path of photography and feels that locating swag paths is a bit difficult and time consuming so it should be made easier.
