This is a proposal to create a new Prelude for Eta, fixing most of the issues with the Haskell one.

The proposal aims to change throughout time, as it should be adequate to the language and the users of the language.

We can keep Prelude as the Haskell prelude so that if you are trying to compile some Haskell code, you would use import Prelude at the top if you are working in a file with the .eta extension.
