Description
Added cloud metric test to configuration/datawarehouse.d/ref/CloudStatistics.json
added new test to tests/regresssion/lib/controllers/UsageExplorerCloudTest.php
and then moved csv files to reference/Cloud artifacts
Motivation and Context
wanted to add metrics seen in other realms
Tests performed
ran reg_test_all=1 after changes and manually made sure the results were correct
