• Update various method calls in view partials to reflect updates in Hyrax

What needs to be done

• Continue updating controllers (see #1456)
• Verify admin users work as intended
• Fix Work and Collection creation/viewing/editing
• Verify Proxies and Transfers
• Some jobs have been changed, need to update our jobs to reflect this
• Update Specs
