This PR enhances the projects documentation by adding a little more context about Bytes of Love on the README, as well as providing new documentation for new users that want to contribute.
Prior to this PR there were instructions for running locally, but not specifically contributions. Now, the CONTRIBUTING.md explains to developers the process they can follow if they want to successfully join the project.
