  • Merge the 2-sided, 1-sided, iovec rendevzous protocol into the same code path.
  • Add the cmake option LCI_RDV_PROTOCOL_DEFAULT and env var LCI_RDV_PROTOCOL to switch between the write and writeimm protocol.
  • Add more checks to the ofi/cxi backend.
