Just wanted to give you some feedback.
I've tested the latest updates in a plain React Native repo here:
https://github.com/olliiiver/matrix_rust_sdk_test
It seems everything works out of the box by just installing the packages from NPM. 😄
Maybe that can be added / changed in the README as well...
