This relies on untergeek/es_stats#3 for these to work, otherwise es_stats_zabbix will error out.

This template uses the change in untergeek/es_stats#3 to include nodestats and nodeinfo data by default, using the "_local" node name.
I used the same 7 keys that were already in the sample.ini, but moved them to the five_minutes batch job. Obviously more could be added, but I figured this was a reasonable place to start.
My Zabbix install is version 3.0... I don't know how backwards-compatible this template will be with older versions. I've done nothing exciting, however, just added the new items and normalized the history/trends intervals.
The settings being pulled should be good across a wide range of ES versions- I've tested 2.2 and 2.3, but I'm fairly sure none of these particular things have changed before or since then.
