At the moment, the first key found on a site with IP redirection will be used. All sites with IP redirection will use the same database fetched with this license key. |

The URL of the GeoLite2 Country database has been changed and requires a license key now. With this pull request the new URL is used, a option is added to set the license key and logic is added to unpack the TAR file that is now used.
