feat: ink! Ecosystem Feedback Survey

This survey is designed to gather feedback from anyone involved or interested in ink!—whether you're a developer, community advocate, or just curious.

The input will help us identify key areas that need improvement, shape actionable tasks, and create bounties to fund solutions.

I think currently is not a good point, as we'll release a bunch of significant changes soonish. So maybe in a couple months after people started using the new stuff?

My concern here is that we will have another reason in a couple months to wait with a survey. This survey is specifically not directed towards devs only. It is simply to reach out to the ink community (dev or non-dev) and see what ideas they have, see if we can create bounties for them, and see if we can find people to execute on those bounties.

In addition, for our milestones we have to output several surveys. I'm against outputting surveys simply because we have to but I see this survey to be innocent and can turn into a lot of value for us. If very little people respond, that is also a good indicator of where the ink ecosystem is at atm.

Yeah, so for example I imagine people saying more educational content and an improved website, which are both planned to be tackled soon.

Anyway, if others from the alliance feel it's worthwhile to do now, don't get discouraged by me.

I definitely agree. However, perhaps there is more that we are forgetting and that would be very valuable to know. In addition, perhaps individuals respond that can help with creating the content that we are not aware of.

This survey serves more as creating and validating our mind map of what needs to be done and who wants to help.
