Stop using jwd04

Change all paths pointing to jwd04 to equivalent directories in jwd02f.

There are still six mentions to jwd04 in the infrastructure playbook:

• Three in object_store_conf.xml.j2 for old object stores. I assume they do not need to be changed.
• One in the AutoFS config.
• Three in the mounts repo.

I would move everything (this PR) but not unmount until absolutely necessary. I am sure there are thousands of things pointing at jwd04 in jobs, etc (for example data fetch jobs). Thus I guess things need a little while to "settle" after the change).

Btw I also created all those directories and mirrored the permissions of the originals.

Needless to say, I am pointing everything to jwd02f because jwd05e is full at the moment.

If it does not take too much time to get free space in jwd05e then I can edit this PR to point to jwd05e, which would be what makes sense, since it is 20TB bigger than jwd02f.

Done, I also created the needed directories in jwd05e. This PR is however low-prio now, since we cleared up lots of space in jwd05e and therefore also in jwd04 (they are exports of the same filesystem on the NFS server).
