Updating Tutor Documentation

To be able to run the tutor compiler, you should have an Eclipse with Rascal installed into it, with the following configuration parameters as VM arguments:

-Drascal.courses=/path-to-rascal-project/src/org/rascalmpl/courses
-Drascal.courses.lib.rascal=/path-to-rascal-project-clone/src/org/rascalmpl/library
-Drascal.courses.lib.rascal-eclipse=/path-to-rascal-eclipse-project-clone/src/org/rascalmpl/eclipse/library

You can do this by editing your eclipse.ini file and adding this after -vmargs or by adding the arguments to the run configuration of a second level Eclipse instance.
