Baseline Tailor version 0.12

Cybersecurity Framework version 1.1 now supported. Also fixed some Cyber Framework Browser bugs and replaced the older XSLTForms 1.0RC2 XForms engine with XSLTForms 1.1.

Download and unzip only if you want to deploy Baseline Tailor locally or on your own server. Otherwise, you can run Baseline Tailor online at pages.nist.gov/sctools/bt.xml.
