+In August 2023, The University of Tokyo and Microsoft corporation signed a basic agreement on collaboration [News Release(japanese)] (https://www.u-tokyo.ac.jp/focus/ja/articles/z1701_00012.html). based on this agreement, Microsoft will be donated to the University of Tokyo in the form of credit for Microsoft Azure.

+## Policy / Goal
+
+Operation is performed by the Information Technology Center, the Information System Department, and the Information System Headquarters. The basic policies and goals for providing are as follows.

+- It is easy to start using it and takes less time, including the first person, and eliminate the cost and time of the calculation machine that will be required without this service, and this school. Contribute to the acceleration of research

+## Try using it

+**サブスクリプション**や**リソース**の`アクセス制御(IAM)`から権限を付与する手順です．どのような権限（ロール）を誰（メンバー）に与えるかという大きく２つの操作を行います．

+> ここでは操作する機会が多いと思われる**共同作成者**の権限を付加する手順を例として案内していますが，他の権限の付加手順も同じ手順になります．一般ユーザーにどの範囲までの操作を許すかのロールは職務ロール，一般ユーザーに管理権限を与えるロールは特権管理者ロールを選択します．

+#### １．Azure Portal のメイン画面から，権限を付与したい**サブスクリプション**または**リソース**をクリックしてください．
+#### ２．画面左のリストから`アクセス制御(IAM)`をクリックしてください．
+#### ３．メイン画面に表示された中から，`ロールの割り当てを追加`をクリックしてください．
+#### ４．以下の各パートを順に設定してください．
