2024/11/1 21:20ごろ，ECCS クラウドメール上のサービスで発生していた「空き容量がありません」「組織の空き容量がありません」「このファイルは表示専用です」「保存容量が不足しています」 と表示され，書き込み操作ができなくなる問題は解消しました。以下の問題も解消しています。
- Google ドライブにファイルをアップロードできない
- Google ドキュメント・Google スプレッドシート・Google スライドを編集できない
- Google フォームで回答の受付が終了している
- Google フォトが動作しない
2024/11/2 6:00ごろ，ECCS クラウドメール上のサービスで発生していた問題は解消したことを確認しました。

11月1日21時20分頃に問題が一時的に解消しましたが，11月2日1時頃より再発し，11月2日6時頃に再び解決していることを確認しています．

### 原因

Googleのシステム障害ではなく、東大のGoogle Workspace (ECCSクラウドメール)契約のライセンス更新に失敗したことが原因です。ライセンスの復旧ができ次第サービスは復旧する予定で、現在販売代理店を通じて復旧を急いでいる状況です。Googleドライブ等に保存されたデータそのものに問題はありませんが、ファイルの更新や新たなファイルの作成ができない状況です。
