During out test on 11/25, we noticed that the high voltage interlock was not accurately indicating the same as the SIC unit. This was because of the bits being the opposite of what we thought they would be after discussing with Brandon.
0 - green
1 - red
This was because if power is lost to the unit, it should be assumed that high voltage is on.
This code was testing with the SIC unit and now functions as it should.
