Packed 3 excutables

• GD2Anki.exe: main program
• GD2Anki_setting.exe: facilitating setting and inspection
• mdx_server.exe: generating .mdx.db file

Add GD2Anki_setting.exe to facilitate setting

Add GD2Anki_setting.exe in the release zip file, so that it will help users to semi-automatically do the setting or check whether the setting is correct or not.
