VASL and VASSAL use hotkeys to trigger virtually every action on menus, buttons and toolbars. As we add more functionality to VASL, it is useful to have a comprehensive listing of the various hotkeys used.

This will need updating from time to time. Jeffrey Wright has done a create job with this version.
