successfully fixed the linking issue of signup button in about page

• Fixes # ([Bug]: Sign up page have no any CSS (in About us Page) #1254 )

i was also confused about the point system of this content .
then i found that rhe points are given to the contributors on a website, name is something OSLead,
all the contributors and project admins need to login with their github.
