Capturing a patch here needed for xdmf, XdmfH5Driver.cxx.patch.gz. Also, when compiling Xdmf, we run into the problem with missing mpi.h file due to H5public.h including it. This is resolved by ensuring Xdmf CXX/C flags have -I/path/to/mpi/header/files
