Could you consider merging this pull request into your branch ?
I updated every references and examples to work with the latest version (and stylesheet) of katex.
I had to change the build tool to webpack because the browserify bundle build was failing.
markdown-itis a very usefull tool for me and i'm building a forked version of SimpleMDE Editor with it...Best Regards,
