Place gesture.dylib to /System/Library and add /System/Library/gesture.dylib to DYLD_INSERT_LIBRARIES in /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.apple.SpringBoard.plist

Changelog #3:
-  Handle Interface Orientation (Only in 3rd party app)
-  No single tap event any more if swipe or double tap handled
-  TapToScroll of UITableView still works no matter how many times tweet controlled showed
