REACT Version Upgrade

Upgraded react, react-dom and react-test-renderer from 17.0.2 to 18.3.1 version as part of this PR.

Test 1: Selected 'To Space' as the destination and joined a space. Was able to message and join a meeting.

Test 2: Joined meeting using SIP URI as guest, tested password flow.

Please update the description with the list of tests done for reference in the future.
Also, looks like the unit tests and linting are failing. Could we check why this is happening.
Should we also make the browser tests optional as this needs to be completed in the future?
