feat: remove FAQs

Removing all FAQ related content from the documentation as decided in the last [service team joint working session](https://app.getguru.com/card/T7599Epc/20240410-Joint-working-session). As there are currently no resources to properly maintain the FAQ, we decided to fully remove them from the documentation to not rais any wrong expectations. HCO-54
