Hotfix for Version 117.0.5874.0

Hotfix for testing for Supermium 117.0.5874.0 which features tentative fixes to the following issues:

-Browser crashes when using the MacType option "ChicoThorn"
-SSE3 instructions being present in the x86 build

Users unaffected by these issues need not upgrade from the previous release of 117.0.5874.0.
