When we receive a message with unknown legal hold status, we should ignore it and not update local status

This PR will fix this exception

java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: No enum constant com.wire.kalium.persistence.dao.conversation.ConversationEntity.LegalHoldStatus.UNKNOWN
