+2024年10月27日，在横滨，我跑了人生中第一个全程马拉松。在关门的前几分钟，我跑过了终点，成绩 6 小时零几分钟。最后的十几公里累到迈不动腿。两个月前，我第一次跑满 3 小时，才跑了 19.8 公里，就累到迈不动腿。断断续续的练习还是有效果的，至少推迟了迈不动腿的时间。
