上个周日(2024年10月27日),在横滨,我跑了人生中第一个全程马拉松。在关门的前几分钟,我跑过了终点,成绩 6 小时零几分钟。跑下来的感受就是累。最后的十几公里累到迈不动腿。只能走一段跑一段。两个月前,我第一次跑满 3 小时,才跑了 19.8 公里,就累到迈不动腿。断断续续的练习还是有效果的,至少推迟了迈不动腿的时间。 | ||

一周过去,肌肉的酸痛已经完全恢复了。今天看到我的手表给的建议是以 6:20 的配速跑 50 多分钟,就照做了。凑整跑了 10 公里,1 小时 03 分钟,比之前的最好成绩整整快了 10 分钟。马拉松的苦没有白吃,这让我有一点欣慰。 | ||

跑到后来脑里又冒出来一个念头:也许再跑一次,成绩会比这次更好看一点。有了这次的经验,我大概会准备得更加充分。这次前半程跑得有些保守了。我会有这样的念头,自己也感到意外。这大概跟有些人考试刷成绩的心态类似吧。 |
