This is working on my Intel NUC8i3BEH with cpu Intel i3 8th gen, I've installed Big Sur.

• Lan: Intel I219-V
• Audio: Realtek ALC235
• Ram: 16 Gb DDR4 2400 Mhz
• Wifi/Bluetooth: Intel Wireless-AC 9560 (Bluetooth 5.0)
• Nvme: Sabrent 256GB Rocket NVMe PCIe M.2 2280
• SSD: Samsung MZ-77Q1T0BW 870 QVO 1 TB
• Card Reader: mSD Card Reader

What's working:

• Audio (HDMI and Headphone jack)
• Audio controls
• Bluetooth
• Ethernet
• Wifi
• USB
• Triple Booting (Linux, Windows and macOS)
• microSD Card reader (with Sinetek-rtsx.kext)

Not tested:

• iMessage, FaceTime, iCloud
