This adds a new workflow to run the test suite against WordPress nightly. Because there is no direct WP image for this it instead uses the latest (currently 6.5) image with WP 8.2 and updates WordPress to nightly via wp-cli.

While it might not need to live in the workflow, the nightly version can be verified in the Action's output (see below)
